  • To meet legal, regulatory and professional obligations.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your child’s information for advertising.

4Children’s information

Our services are for children, so we may handle information about a child’s health, development and behaviour. We treat this as sensitive information.

  • We collect a child’s information only from a parent or legal guardian, and only with that person’s consent.
  • Our website is meant to be used by parents, guardians and professionals, not by children directly.
  • We do not track children’s behaviour or show them targeted advertising.

We share information only where needed and only as much as needed:

  • Service providers: website hosting, email, messaging (such as WhatsApp), appointment and record-keeping tools, who handle data on our behalf and are expected to protect it.
  • Other professionals or schools: only when you ask us to, or give your consent.
  • Authorities: where required by law, court order or to protect someone’s safety.

6Cookies & third-party services

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make pages work, remember preferences and understand site traffic. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work properly if you block them.

Our pages may include content from third parties, such as Google Maps (for directions), Google reviews, Instagram feeds, YouTube and WhatsApp links. These services may collect their own data under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

7Keeping & securing your data

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes in this policy, or as required by law and professional record-keeping rules, and then delete or anonymise it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information, including access controls and secure hosting. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects you, we will inform you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

8Your rights

Under applicable law you may ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you or your child and how we use it.
  • Correct or update information that is wrong or incomplete.
  • Erase information we no longer need to keep.
  • Withdraw your consent for future use of your information.
  • Address a grievance about how your information is handled.

To use any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 10. We may need to confirm your identity (and, for a child, that you are the parent or guardian) before acting on a request.

9Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make a significant change, we will post a notice on our website.
